Tracy Berry - Risk Management
Tracy Berry has been with BEC since September 2016, bringing extensive experience in corporate legal, compliance, and risk management. She specializes in compliance documentation and has a strong background in contract review, negotiation, and risk management for commercial construction as well as providing contract and risk management to public works entities.
Tracy is currently a director and officer, helping businesses comply with California's SB 1383. She also brings extensive experience in OSHA compliance, assisting businesses with safety regulations and mitigation of costly penalties.
Tracy serves as President of the Bay Area Chapter of the American Subcontractors Association and has been involved in various industry organizations throughout her career.
